For Start Timer Event missing DataOutput property.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. add to process Start Signal Event
2. open properties

Actual Result:
No Data Assignments properties present in properties panel.

Expected Result:
Data Assignments property will be presented. Only 1 (One) Output value can be set.
