[Project Oriented] Error dialog when creating Business process in new project after creating other project

      1. Create a first space with a project and business process.
      2. Create a second space with a project.
      3. Try to create business process in the second project.
      4. Error dialog with "Unable to complete your request. The following exception occurred: Parameter named 'metadata' should be not null!." message is displayed.

      Create a first space with a project and business process. Create a second space with a project. Try to create business process in the second project. Error dialog with "Unable to complete your request. The following exception occurred: Parameter named 'metadata' should be not null!." message is displayed.

      If you create two project in two spaces and business processes inside the projects, the second business project creation fails with "Unable to complete your request. The following exception occurred: Parameter named 'metadata' should be not null!." message.
