Unable to load JDBC driver for JBPM in Fuse

It is not possible to use JDBC driver in JBPM in OSGI. 

KieBlueprintjBPMPersistenceKarafIntegrationTest.testStartProcessEnv fails with this error: Cannot load JDBC driver class 'com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver'
