BC doesn't reconnect well to Infinispan when ISPN is rebooted

    Description

      When ISPN restarts BC needs to reconnect to BC and create some low level caches that are not created after restart. So this fix will check connection every "n seconds" to see if it needs to recreate the basic configuration. This also happen in single instance with infinispan server.
