      2. Through APB UI start any environment without updating apb_image_stream_tag
      3. Check deployment configs (or look to events for provisioning job if prod images are not pushed to OpenShift)

    Description

      APB image for release 7.4.1 still points to product image tag version 1.0. The image tag version needs to be raised to 1.1 to correspond with product images.
