Steps to Reproduce:

Create two branches with different name by two users at the same time.

Modal dialog with exception is displayed. (Unable to complete your request. The following exception occurred: null.)

After close the error dialog, Add branch dialog is still visible and Create button is disabled.

After project reopening, it is not possible to switch to the branch.
