Input appears twice in Form Builder

      I have a prcess node, "Prepare Offer," with 2 inputs and 2 outputs, "OrderInfo," and "SupplierInfo" (taskform-1.png)

      I created data model forms for OfferInfo and SupplierInfo, "PrepareOffer-OrderInfo" and "PrepareOffer-SupplierInfo," and a task form for PrepareOffer, "PrepareOffer-taskform" (taskform-2.png)

      When I open the form builder for PrepareOffer-taskform the orderInfo object is listed twice (taskform-3.png)

      I reproduced this by deleting PrepareOffer-taskform and creating it again
