Project branches created on one cluster node are not visible on other nodes

      1. Setup on-premise business-central cluster as described in the document.
      2. On node 1 go to projects and create project1
      3. On node 1 create new branch branch1 in project1
      4. On node 2 open project1 and check the branches
      (expected: master AND branch1 are available,
      actual: only master is available)
      5. On node 2 create new branch branch2 in project1
      6. On node 1 check which branches are available
      (expected: master AND branch1 AND branch2,
      actual: master AND branch1)

    Description

      In business-central cluster (on-premise setup with infinispan and AMQ) when one of the nodes creates new branch in a project, other nodes can't see the branch. It seems that each node can only see master + branches it created, but can't see branches created on other nodes.
