Missing Karaf features for Camel integration

There are no Karaf features for installation of kie-camel [1] and camel-workitem [2] components. These features were defined in integration pack in BxMS 6.4 [3]. As integration pack will not exist for 7.0 we need to add these features to RHPAM features.xml.
