Sometimes (mostly for old process imported to Business Central by git) when you open a process in Designer all elements are selected and you can see this message: . If you try to close this process (just close recently opened process, don't click anywhere) you will see "Unsaved changes" warning.

The easiest way to reproduce it - create brand new process. You will see the same warning as above and Start Event will be selected.

P.S. Due to this issue we have about 20 fails positive fails in selenium tests. (not due to new process selection, but due to selected all elements in process (it is not possible to select any element until you deselect already selected elements).

P.P.S. I don't attach old processes because when you import process using UI import button - no elements will be selected.
