Description of problem: 

Clicking Show less clickable icon on a Resource tile doesn't make any difference.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

RHODS installed

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to RHODS Dashboard > Resources section
2. Click on the Show Less/2 more tag on any Resource tile.

Actual results:

Clicking on {{Show Less}} changes to 2 more  and vice-versa without doing any changes to other tiles.

Expected results:

Clicking on 2 more should show more icons and clicking on show less should hide extra tags
