Description of problem:

In the form for creating a new data connection, the "connected workbench" field is marked as mandatory, but it is not actually required: the data connection can be created without that field (as expected).

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Create a DS Project

Steps to Reproduce

1. enter your DS project
2. click "add data connection" button
3. fill in all the mandatory fields (marked with a star) except for "connected workbench"
4. click "add data connection" button 

Actual results:

• data connection is created without filling in the "connected workbench" field
• the "connected workbench" field is marked as mandatory (star symbol present in the UI)

Expected results:

• data connection is created without filling in the "connected workbench" field
• the "connected workbench" field is NOT marked as mandatory (star symbol NOT present in the UI)
