RHODS addon is "installing" for way too long

      I just installed RHODS 1.21 production via the AddOn.

      I can tell (by looking at the pods) that the RHODS install took about 6-7 minutes.

      However, 15 minutes after that, the AddOn still says:

      I would like to know what drive this behavior and why it does not reflect the actual state of RHODS in the cluster.
