In the Properties section of both the Model Details and Model Version details screens (implemented by the `ModelPropertiesDescriptionListGroup` component):

• Current behavior on clicking "Add property":
  • The table is still in its collapsed form ("Show X more properties" appears and not all properties are shown)
  • A new row appears in the Properties table with text inputs for Key and Value, below the truncated list of properties (above the "Show X more properties" button)
  • The new text input is not automatically focused
• Desired behavior on clicking "Add property":
  • The table expands as if the user clicked "Show X more properties", if applicable
  • A new row appears in the Properties table with text inputs for Key and Value, below the full list of properties (above the "Show fewer properties" button)
  • The text input for the new row's Key field automatically gains cursor focus
