Description of problem:

No alert is present in the spawner page while cuda images are being built. The only notification shown is the dashboard one

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

RHODS 1.16 RC

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to spawner page
2. Restart one of the cuda builds
3. wait for the alert to appear in the spawner

Actual results:

No alert appears, only the notification in the dashboard panel

Expected results:

Alert present in the spawner
