Description of problem:
As part of a GNOME session, the gsd-color daemon is started from a VNC server session. It is asking for a root password.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run vncserver
2. connect using VNC to the session
3.

Actual results:
a window is asking for a root password that the user doesn't have

It doesn't make sense to start the color daemon in a vnc session

Expected results:
no such window
