Description of problem:
System registration impossible through Settings -> About -> Subscription

How reproducible:
After a successful RHEL 9.1(Plow) x86_64 installation, go to

Settings -> About -> Subscription

Type in valid Red Hat user name, password and hit the Register button

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEL 9.1(Plow) x86_64
2. Go to Settings -> About -> Subscription
3. Type in valid user credentials
4. Click Register

Actual results:
The registering application suspends, the progress circle is rotating, but no response from the server even after several minutes of waiting

Expected results:
Successful system/subscription registration.

Additional info:
Registration was successful immediately through terminal with the use of:

`sudo subscription-manager register`
