      start default network failed, if didn't install kernel-extra-module.

      libvirt version:libvirt-10.0.0-3.el10.x86_64

      qemu version: qemu-kvm-8.2.0-1.el10.x86_64

      How reproducible: 100%

      Steps to reproduce

      1. virsh net-define /usr/share/libvirt/networks/default.xml
      2. virsh net-start default
      3. error: Failed to start network default
        error: internal error: Failed to apply firewall rules /usr/sbin/iptables -w --table filter --insert LIBVIRT_FWO --in-interface virbr0 --jump REJECT: Warning: Extension REJECT revision 0 not supported, missing kernel module?
