      This ticket tracks the disablement for RDMA migration in RHEL10.  RDMA migration has already been declared deprecated in RHEL 9.2 (RHELPLAN-153267).  Most likely upstream will still have that chunk of code in 9.1 (RHEL10.0 base branch), so we may need --disable-rdma at least for 10.0.
