What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Redeem option in subscription manger should be removed from subscription-manager as this option has been not in use for a long time and doesnot match with the subscription experience expectation anymore.

1. Remove redeem option from subscription-manager
2. Man / Help pages are updated accordingly

Expected results

Redeem option exists

Actual results

Redeem option no longer exists, all references to this option should be removed from the man/help and documentations
