Update and downgrade of pcp-zeroconf package from the previous version.

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

pcp-6.2.0-1.el9

Steps to reproduce

1.  Install the previous available build of PCP (i.e pcp-zeroconf-6.1.1-4.el9)
   # yum install -y pcp-zeroconf-6.1.1-4.el9
2.  Update the pcp-zeroconf to the pcp-zeroconf-6.2.0-1.el9 version
   # yum update -y pcp-zeroconf-6.2.0-1.el9
3.  Downgrade the pcp-zeroconf back to the pcp-zeroconf-6.1.1-4.el9 version
   # yum downgrade -y pcp-zeroconf-6.1.1-4.el9
4. Check for AVC issues
   # ausearch -m AVC

Expected results

There are no AVC issues reported

Actual results

There are several AVC issues reported by the /usr/libexec/pcp/bin/pmlogger_check and /usr/libexec/pcp/bin/pmie_check utils.

Please check attached files for a snip of the audit log related to these AVC issues.
