What were you trying to do that didn't work?

This command didnt work on rhel-9.2 and it got stuck. Neither asked for the password. But this command worked on rhel-8.4.

ssh  -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no -o UserKnownHostsFile=/dev/null cirros@10.0.0.175

On thel-9.2, this command worked and login into the vm.

ssh -c aes256-ctr  -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no -o UserKnownHostsFile=/dev/null cirros@10.0.0.171

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

sudo dnf list installed | grep openssh
openssh.x86_64                                  8.7p1-30.el9_2.3
openssh-clients.x86_64                          8.7p1-30.el9_2.3
openssh-server.x86_64                           8.7p1-30.el9_2.3

Downgrade the package make it worked.
