What were you trying to do that didn't work?
When the classification banner extension is enabled, desktop icons cannoy be moved.
Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:
3.32.1-35.el8, 40.7-8.el9
How reproducible: 100%
Steps to reproduce
- Follow steps to enable the classification banner in the user session [here](https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/9/html/customizing_the_gnome_desktop_environment/assembly_displaying-the-system-security-classification_customizing-the-gnome-desktop-environment).
- After rebooting, enter GDM and select the GNOME Classic session.
- Attempt to move one of the icons on the desktop.
Expected results
The icon is moved successfully.
Actual results
The icon stays in place.
Additional notes
This happens in both X11 and Wayland sessions.
