What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Use the rpmbuild -bd feature to resolve dynamic buildrequires

I can use the -bd feature of rpmbuild to resolve dynamic buildrequires

Actual results

The -bd feature is not available.

Since the feature is pretty trivial, would it be possible to backport https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/pull/1922 to the next release of rpm in CentOS Stream 9? It's extremely useful to resolve dynamic build requires without having to build the source rpm.
