      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      After setting the /etc/xdg/user-dirs.conf to disable:

      ~~~
      enabled=True => False
      ~~~

      When we create a new user, the new user cannot open the terminal in gnome-classic by(but we can open it by using the 'Applications' menu):

      ~~~
      right click > Open in Terminal
      ~~~

      If the new user uses the standard GNOME, not the Classic GNOME, after enabling the 'Desktop Icon' extension, we still cannot open the gnome-terminal by the right click menu.

      Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      gnome-terminal-3.28.3-3.el8.x86_64

      gnome-shell-3.32.2-50.el8.x86_64

      gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons-3.32.1-33.el8.noarch

      kernel-4.18.0-477.10.1.el8_8.x86_64

      How reproducible:

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Setting the /etc/xdg/user-dirs.conf to disable:
        ~~~
        enabled=True => False
        ~~~
      2. Creating a new user.
      3. Using this new user to login a Classic GNOME.
      4. Right clicking on the desktop, and clicking the 'Open in Terminal'.

      Expected results

      Can open the gnome-terminal by the right click menu on Classic GNOME desktop after setting the /etc/xdg/user-dirs.conf to disable.

      Actual results

      Can not open the gnome-terminal by the right click menu on Classic GNOME desktop after setting the /etc/xdg/user-dirs.conf to disable.
