[GSS] (7.10.x) Some JARs are missing from the rhdm-7.10.0-offliner.zip

After preparing a maven mirro repository for offline use following the instruction here [1] and using the "rhdm-7.10.0-offliner.zip", some of the libraries were not included in the "rhdm-7.10.0-offliner.zip" such as the "maven-reporting-exec-1.1.jar".
