[Guided Decision Table] Pinned Mode indicator

From the getting started experience point of view, there is missing indicator of the pinned mode. When user begins with the GDT editor, it is quite probable that he will double click somewhere to table so that pinned mode will be invoked. It should be displayed somehow that the table is in pinned mode and can't be moved now.
