Steps to Reproduce:

Create base model (test-model) and extra model (test-extra-model)

Add dependency from test-model to test-extra-model in pom.xml

Create project in DC

Create rule that imports a class from test-extra-model.

Build and get errors

Go to Settings->Dependencies tab and add test-model as dependency.

Build and get errors even though the transitive dependency is showing up in the UI.

This works without setting kie.maven.offline.force to true.
