When users create a new DRD, the information requirement entry is being duplicated into the DMN XML.

Steps to reproduce:

Create the Traffic Violation example
Create a new DRD from the "Driver" node
Open the DMN xml
Actual: Notice that some information requirements are duplicated
Expected: Information requirements shouldn't be duplicated
