After upgrade from 7.4.1 to 7.5.0 projects created in previous version is not showed

      1) Start RHDM 7.4.1 and create any sample project, build and deploy.
      2) stop the server and upgrade to RHDM 7.5.0
      3) Restart the server, go to decision central console and check your project (which you have created in RHDM 7.4.1) is available.
      4) The server log return an error:

      After completing the upgrade from version 7.4.1 to 7.5.0, all projects created in version 7.4.1 are not showed in the decision central, but the projects keep in .niogit.
