Improve CDK documentation

I want to bring some attention to the below points to improve the minishift downstream doc. The point is we keep adding new changes in the doc time to time, however due to less bandwidth its difficult to review old inherited doc content in each release and unknowingly ignoring potential changes in the old content.

I have collected few points which would be helpful to find such changes if introduced in the doc

• CleanUp/Correct unnecessary/misguided link if any
• make sure the documented version information should be in sync with test and development environment
• Verify/Update/CleanUp commands, notes
• Each bullet point need to be verify with the current minishift, just to find out if any regression in the doc
• Point out if anything is missed in the doc

This need a collective effort form doc, developer and qe.
