IQE tests were previously disabled because the pr_check.sh process was not picking up the latest platform-ui test image. This made it difficult to skip or fix a failing test, impeding the CI/CD process.

1. Determine why the PR check isn't picking up the latest test image and identify a solution
2. Make sure it picks up the latest test image
3. Confirm that tests pass

Note: Best guess - investigate CJI execution to determine which test image is used. It's unclear from Jenkins console output how the test image tag is determined.
