Create a shared google drive folder with a document specifying mandatory components of newly created epics from the point of view of information and involvement of UX (review the feature and possibly prepare the mockups), QE (think about testing plan), backend (API support) or docs people. 

Also prepare a Jira ticket template to make sure no information is missing

Story - description, acceptance criteria, designs, API support, QE ticket created...
Bug - description, steps to reproduce, screenshot/recording/console output...
