This ticket consists in preparation work for the introduction of AuthZ in Notifications.

We need to make sure we are able to use all endpoints from the Notifications REST APIs in ephemeral. Both /notifications and /integrations API should be tested.

After Notifications has been deployed, the frontend can be accessed with an OpenShift route. The frontend should ask for credentials which are provided by Keycloak.
