[QE][verification]Notifications Log -> Expand Notification Drawer

• Notifications Log table should have expandable rows that show impacted systems and details table. See sketch for example.
• Column names changed according to sketch
• timestamp changed to dd mm yyyy , time format

Note that we are keeping the event log and notifications log separate:

• Event log -> used by org admins to see what events have been sent out to their team(s)
• Notifications log -> expansion of notification drawer details
