Existing tests for Akamai redirects are broken because a request against stage gets redirected to prod. 

To reproduce the issue:

curl -L -v --proxy http://squid.corp.redhat.com:3128 -u REDACTED:REDACTED "https://console.stage.redhat.com/cost-management/cost-models" 

Expected results:
Redirect adjusts the resource path, but host remains the same.

Actual results:
Redirect changes the host to console.redhat.com
