There is possibility to use SMTP servers(WTOps Operations team) directly and it will allow us to skip Email Service(IT Platform Team) which should help us with higher volume of emails or rapid increase in sent emails (as is visible in logs).

Last 30 days - there was more than 200 000 requests to send email(this number also contains retried requests) - see screenshot.

There are peaks - it is related to advisor weekly email sending. 

Based on this search sendmail request to BOP is called approx. 7000 per day. (average)

Errata team
This way is used by Errata team and they delivered large volume of emails every day. (over millions emails per day) and Errata team switched from Email Service to mx-util hosts because email service doesn't support their load particularly well.

WTOps Operations
This change was suggested by Bhushan Sahane from WTOps Operations during work on https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHCLOUD-25413.
Bhushan asked us for contacting his project manager Nakia Willams Ma'am and Jonathan Mccord with scope and requirements if we want to migrate.

Bhushan also offered to have meeting with him and his senior(s) for questions and discussions about integration this solution - which I believe that will be good start.
