This only occurs in stage, not locally

The UI is available at if you go to an invalid page like https://changelog.stage.devshift.net/whatif the Error page loads properly.

If you go to a page https://changelog.stage.devshift.net/what/if/this formatted with a slash in the invalid segment it does not work and loads the html, but gets not found js errors.

I suspect its some problem with the webpack loading.
