Four new counters related to NOTIF-309 have been deployed today on prod:

• kafka_message_id_valid_total{container="notifications-backend"}
• kafka_message_id_invalid_total{container="notifications-backend"}
• kafka_message_id_missing_total{container="notifications-backend"}
• input_duplicate_total{container="notifications-backend"}

These will be used to monitor the Kafka rh-message-id header migration that should last for a few weeks/months. It would be great if we could have this in Grafana.
