Notifications API - deleting a non-existing endpoint from notifications/defaults result in 200

Deleting a non-existing endpoint from notifications/defaults always results in 200 response code.

Expected: return 404 not found error code

Side note: successful delete operation needs to result in 204 return code and not 200
