Ask from RHOSAK team to subscribe/unsubscribe down to the event type.

As a normal user, I want to be able to enlist to specific event type for a given application and select my off, instant or digest options.
As an admin, I do not want to hear complains from 10s of normal users that want more events or less events depending who they are and me be stuck because I only have a global org lever.
