Guided Rule Templates: Generates incorrect DRL when literal constraint follows templated constraints

This happens if you are not entering data for some of the template fields on a Guided Rule Template, the compiled rule is missing a comma between conditions.

To sum up I performed a simple test by using template data and literal values, if I fill out all values for "template data" it works well. If I leave any template data field in blank, so it miss a comma.
