All users working in Business Central receive test scenario results

Description of problem:
When a user runs test scenario, all other users currently working with BC in a web browser receive the test result in Reporting panel. From their point of view, they are presented a piece of information they didn't request with no context or any explanation.

Most annoying is the situation where the user works with business process designer. If some other user runs a test scenario, all open business process editors will reopen (and save any work in progress).

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into Business Central, open any business process.
2. Start a new browser tab**, open any test scenario.
3. Run the test scenario and wait for the Reporting panel.

Actual results:
Reporting panel pops up also in the first browser tab with business process.

Expected results:
Test scenario result should be only presented to the user who ran the test.
