[GSS] (6.4.z) User can perform process instance specific operations which was not permitted on BPMS

1. Update workbench-policy.properties file to change "user" role permission, so that user role can perform only Task related operations ~~~ profile.wb_for_business_users=wb_task_management ~~~ 2. login into console with "user" role (make sure logged in user have active HumanTask). 3. In Tasks tab, select task and go to "Process Context" -->"Process Instance Details", it will navigate to the "Process Instances" screen which enables user to abort or signal the current process instance or other process instances, edit the process variables of a process instance and start a new process instance.
