If you change Business Central localization log out is required

      1. Open Business Central in any browser
      2. Switch localization to Russian
      3. Close browser tab without log out
      4. Open new tab and log in (also possible step - open another browser)

      Actual Result:
      Business Central have no localization (shows default English labels), localization settings dialog shows checked Russian language.

      Expected Result:
      Language settings will be preserved even if user don't use Log Out button.

      When you change Business Central localization it is necessary to use "Log out" menu button, otherwise you can lose your language settings see Step To Reproduce and LogOutLocalization.ogv
