Reproducer is same as in RHBPMS-487.
      1. Start BPMS-6.3 (or can be used older version) pointing to the MySQL DB
      2. Deploy project sim-processes from reproducer and start some process instances
      3. Close BPMS with running processes and migrate DB to 6.4
      4. Migrate BPMS to 6.4 OR start new instance BPMS-6.4 pointing to the same DB
      5. Try to send signal or complete tasks

After migration from older version to 6.4.0 I tried to send signal to process instance. After this signal should be process instance completed but process instance is still active and when I looked in BC -> Process Management -> Process Instances to Option -> Process model then I see that process still waiting for a signal.
Similar issue is with tasks from process instance that was migrated from older version. I am able to finish task but process instance is still in the same state and waiting for task end even that task is finished.
But I am able to make a new process instances in 6.4 from deployed project from older version and complete them.
