Language selection is not remembered on relogin in Chrome.

      1. Open business central in chrome.
      1. Change to any non-english language.
      2. Log out and login again.

      Expected result: The language of business-central is set to the chosen non-english language.
      Actual result: The language is switched back to English.

    Description

      After logging out of business central in Chrome browser (tested on Chrome 51) and logging in again, the language is always changed back to English no matter what was the original language.
