Add missing indexes on VariableInstanceLog and NodeInstanceLog tables

    Description

      The audit tables VariableInstanceLog and NodeInstanceLog does not have indexes.

      Tests using databases with a big amount of data shows that indexes on these tables can considerably increase performance and reduce query execution time.

      The indexes should be added to the DDL scripts.
