[GSS] (6.2.z) DeploymentStore is not set in the DeploymentSynchronizerEJBImpl if DeploymentSynchronizer is turned off

Description of problem:

Please backport the fix for the issue reported in [1] to BPM Suite 6.2 in Update 3.

The following error is thrown if deployment synchronize is disabled in 6.2.2:

ERROR [org.jbpm.kie.services.impl.store.DeploymentSynchronizer] (ServerService Thread Pool – 82) Unable to store deployment br.mp.mprs:sin-bpm:1.0.182 [strategy=SINGLETON] in deployment store due to null

Talking to engineering, they said it can be ignored as long as there is no cluster and replication between cluster members is required. However this BZ was raised as it seems that it should be easy to backport it to 6.2 through Update 3.
