Description of problem:

Some 6.0.3-redhat-4 version jars are missing in http://maven.repository.redhat.com/techpreview/all/

As far as I observed, missing jars are jbpm-form-modeler/jbpm-console-ng/jbpm-designer related.

for example,
http://maven.repository.redhat.com/techpreview/all/org/jbpm/jbpm-form-modeler-api/

Usually, they are not required to build a user application. But now I'm trying to build a custom RangeProvider so jbpm-form-modeler-api is required.
